Well run event in Romanian Capital in a luxurious JW Marriott hotel.
The organisers were trying to pay attention to all the small details, the dancers were happy to be a part of this event. Felt cosy, friendly and fun! A big improvement to the venue compared to the first edition and an increasing number of dancers from numerous countries. The ballroom itself was beautiful, as expected in this Hotel brand. Transfers were arranged well, nice wholesome food in the ballroom foyer throughout the day for the competitors to enjoy.
Small nitpicks and points of improvement for the future - some delays were present, but only minor. Gala had a nice atmosphere with a live band, but due to some delays, the food arrived quite late into the evening. Welcome drink a day prior to the competition was a nice touch, but lasted a little too long and everyone scattered around with no aim.
Looking forward to the future event and congratulations to the organisers on a great start in Romanian Grand Gala event in 2024!
